I’ve booked my wedding at The Ridge....
Now what?
Our venue coordinator will always be available for any questions you may have. The venue
coordinator will reach out 6 months and 30 days
prior to your event via email. They then will
schedule a meeting 2 weeks prior to your big day togo over final details.

Is there lodging on site or Close to the Wedding Venue?
Although we do not offer on-site lodging, The Ridge is conveniently located just a half mile off Interstate 55 in Southeast Missouri, with plenty of hotel accommodations only a short 15-minute drive away. Guests can easily find comfortable lodging options in Perryville, Jackson, and Cape Girardeau — making travel simple and stress-free for your wedding weekend. 🤍


Are there any restrictions on the vendors we can use?
There are no restrictions on the vendors you choose to bring in for your special day. You’re welcome to use any caterer, photographer, officiant, bartender, decorator, or wedding coordinator you’d like.
For your convenience, we also provide an amazing list of trusted vendors located right here in Southeast Missouri to help make the planning process easier and your wedding day as stress-free as possible. 🤍

We’ve worked hard to create a beautiful, versatile space that allows you to bring your dream wedding or special event to life. ✨
What’s required to book at The Ridge?
We require a 25% deposit of your total booking cost to secure your desired event date. A signed contract will also be required at the time of booking. 🤍


When are the rest of my payments due?
After the initial 25% deposit is paid to secure your date at The Ridge, an additional 25% payment will be due 6 months prior to your event date.
The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before your event. Your security deposit will be due the week of the event. 🤍
How does the security deposit work?
The Ridge requires a $500 security deposit, due the week of your event, to help ensure the venue is left in the same condition it was received.
If the venue is left clean and undamaged — with no excessive trash, broken items, or property damage — your full $500 security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks following your event date. 🤍


Can we bring our pet to our event?
Your furry family members are more than welcome to be part of your big day at The Ridge! 🤍
We simply ask that you give us a heads up if pets will be onsite. All animals must remain on a leash at all times, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
